Cancellation policy

Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel your coffee subscription at any time. Cancellations must be made at least 2 business days before your next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged for that order. How to Cancel: To cancel your subscription, log into your account and manage your subscription settings, or contact us directly at mzingacoffeeco@gmail.com or call (206) 468-3085. Refunds for Subscription Orders: If you've already been charged for a subscription order that has not yet shipped, we will process a full refund. Once an order has shipped, our standard refund policy applies. Pausing Your Subscription: Instead of canceling, you can pause your subscription for up to 3 months. This allows you to resume deliveries when you're ready without losing your subscription preferences. Subscription Modifications: You can modify your subscription frequency, coffee selection, or delivery address at any time before your next scheduled shipment by logging into your account or contacting us. No Cancellation Fees: We do not charge any fees for canceling or modifying your subscription.
