Domestic Shipping (United States): We offer standard shipping with delivery in 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery. Freshness Guarantee: We roast our coffee fresh to order and package it immediately to ensure maximum freshness upon arrival. Coffee is best enjoyed within 2-4 weeks of the roast date. Damaged or Lost Packages: If your order arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us at mzingacoffeeco@gmail.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. International Shipping: International shipping is available to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7-21 business days).
